Yummy Collard Green Smoothie

This recipe is delicious, simple, and the perfect morning green smoothie! The greens in this smoothie are collards--my favorite green. Collards make the best green smoothies because they are tame in one way and invigorating in another.

Oh, you may have noticed that I have a spoon into my smoothie. I like to eat my smoothies with a spoon because it slows me down and invites me to savor every bite. It's economical too because I end up eating half as much than if I drank it from a glass. This is a pretty cool way to save money and still feel satisfied.
